It was the fall of 2019, and I had been eyeing Lost Creator Academy for a while.

Lost LeBlanc is a creator that I looked up to and had been following his journey for years. I first discovered Christian LeBlanc’s channel when planning a trip to Southeast Asia, and after watching just a few of his videos, I was hooked. I admired his captivating storytelling, confidence on camera, photography composition, and editing abilities. With every video that I watched on the Lost LeBlanc channel, the more I wanted to become a content creator.

So naturally, when Christian LeBlanc launched LCA in February of 2020, I just KNEW I had to get in.

BUT, after seeing the price tag, I have to admit I was hesitant. And if you’re reading this, I’m sure you are too.

Let’s face it – $799 is a lot of money.

This large sum can cover one month’s rent and utilities for many people, and there’s no promise of success. I kept going back and forth for months. I watched the free training, I kept up with the LCA Instagram account, and nearly 8 months later, I cracked. I added LCA to my cart and hit the PLACE ORDER button.

Now that I’ve completed the entire course and have been part of the community for a few years, I’m familiar enough with it that I am confident in my ability to give you a full and honest review.

I will warn you that Lost Creator Academy does not promise overnight success. The course provides you with rock solid foundations to kickstart your Content Creator career along with the support you need to motivate you to keep going.

Similar to Edit & Chill but without Q&As, Coworking Sessions were created to help you get focused on your priority tasks. At the beginning of the session, everyone will share what they are working on and what they plan to achieve during the one-hour session. Then everyone spends the next hour working individually on their projects, and come together again at the end to discuss whether or not they met their goal.

Niche Communities

Because the LCA Facebook Group has grown to such a large amount of members, “Find Your Fam” was created in order to help members find their niche community. Groups are broken up by different categories like location, type of content (ex: Fashion & Lifestyle Creators), and other interest groups like bloggers, YouTubers, etc. You can either join an existing group or if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can create your own!

Online Workshops

Regular monthly workshops held by LCA members who share their knowledge and skills on a particular topic. This is a great way to learn from your fellow creators. Some previous topics that have been covered include:

Lost Creator House in Bali

Christian recently opened up the first ever Creator House. Unlike hostels and guesthouses, Lost Creator House is a place to stay, collaborate, and grow, and it’s built specifically for creators. Located in Bali, Indonesia, the Lost Creator House provides two accommodation options: a private room for up to 2 people and a private room for up to 6 people.

In addition to beds, the creator house offers a communal workspace where you have the unique opportunity to build your network while surrounded by like-minded dreamers.
